Returns and Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase
If you have received your order but have an issue please reach out to us first. We will get back to you within 2-3 business days.

We are no longer accepting returns. If you need a replacement see item below.
Please DO NOT send your purchase back to us without reaching out first. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT your items.

You must reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order/items in order to 'apply' for a refund. Please email us explaining why you would like a refund, and attach any photos that may be necessary. At the time of receipt, we have 72 hours to get back to you and determine if you qualify for a refund/replacement. If you are approved for a refund, we will notify you by email and arrange your refund for the amount of your product(s) only. Customer will be held responsible for shipping fees, and these will be deducted from the original payment paid by customer or merchant. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of approval. If you are approved for a replacement, we will notify you by email to confirm shipping address. As long as we have stock on your item, your Replacement will be processed within 7 days. 

Virtual experiences cannot be refunded. In most cases, if you miss your virtual event we can share a link of the recorded event. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Change of Address
If you have a need for an address change after you have placed your order- please notify us IMMEDIATELY. We will try to accommodate your request, unless your order has already been fulfilled and shipped.

Sale items & Discount Codes
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and items bought with a discount cannot be refunded. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us Here

with your order number, name and shipping address. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. When you feel it is necessary you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your replacement item.
